Who this is for

For people who feel tired, wired, flat or responsible for everything.

This workshop may suit you if slowing down is difficult, “rest” does not feel restorative, or your system moves between overactivation and shutdown. You do not need a diagnosis or prior knowledge.

  • You keep going until your body forces a stop
  • You understand self-care in theory but struggle to make it realistic
  • You want low-demand practices rather than pressure to perform calm
  • You value learning within a small, respectfully facilitated group

What participants will learn

Practical understanding you can take into real life.

Recognise patterns

Notice signs of activation, shutdown and reduced capacity before overwhelm becomes unmanageable.

Rethink rest

Explore why conventional advice can miss the mark and identify more accessible forms of rest.

Practise regulation

Try gentle, low-demand support without turning calmness into another performance target.

Plan for daily life

Develop small experiments that respect responsibilities, disability, neurodivergence and fluctuating energy.
