This workshop may suit you if slowing down is difficult, “rest” does not feel restorative, or your system moves between overactivation and shutdown. You do not need a diagnosis or prior knowledge.

Meg is an Accredited Social Worker and founder of MEB Counselling. Her work brings together whole-person social work, nervous-system awareness, practical psychoeducation and respect for the systems and responsibilities people live within.

Sessions are A$40 each and run for 50 minutes online. The total depends on the final number of sessions.
