Support and navigation · Australia wide
Experienced telehealth counselling for adults who want help making sense of services, decisions and the emotional weight around them—not another form to decode alone.
This is a paid professional service. Current fees and appointment details are visible before you confirm a booking.

When the system becomes part of the problem
You want to understand your options, prepare for conversations and make decisions that fit your life without being pushed from service to service.
You are managing referrals, waiting lists, conflicting advice, appointments or a new diagnosis while already tired, overwhelmed or unsure who is responsible for what.
Executive functioning, masking, activation, shutdown or past experiences with services can make every phone call, form and decision cost more than it appears.
You need space to think about identity, records, relationships, contact, loyalty or complex family decisions alongside the practical system around them.
Systems and services people bring
Support navigating the NDIS, preparing for planning or review conversations, understanding disability support options and finding clearer language for what is needed.
Prepare for aged care navigation, ACAT assessment conversations and decisions about changing care needs, while making space for uncertainty, grief and family pressure.
Organise questions, priorities and next steps around hospital discharge planning, referrals and healthcare services when responsibility feels fragmented or unclear.
Counselling for people and families facing serious illness, palliative care or end-of-life decisions, including anticipatory grief, communication and the strain of holding practical choices.
Support for carers carrying sustained responsibility, advocacy fatigue, family expectations, difficult decisions and the emotional impact of watching someone’s needs change.
Clarify concerns, questions, boundaries and language before appointments or service conversations. Meg can support your participation without replacing a formal advocate, legal adviser or medical decision-maker.
This is therapeutic counselling and practical preparation. It does not replace NDIS support coordination, aged care assessment, discharge planning, formal advocacy, legal advice, medical care or specialist palliative-care services.
How Meg can help
Clarify what matters, identify questions for your support coordinator or plan manager, prepare for difficult conversations and consider how proposed supports connect with your goals and wellbeing.
See available times →Organise the moving parts around diagnosis, referrals, treatment choices and multidisciplinary care. With consent, Meg can communicate with your GP, psychiatrist or other treating professionals when useful.
Ask Meg a question →Online trauma counselling, burnout support and neurodivergent-affirming counselling that makes room for the body, nervous system, relationships and real-world pressures—not only the paperwork.
Choose an appointment →Complex relationships and family systems
Support to think through a difficult or high-conflict separation, shifting family roles, parenting communication and decisions that are both practical and deeply emotional.
Trauma-informed support that takes safety, power and coercive dynamics seriously. Joint couples work is not assumed to be appropriate; suitability and safety are considered before any shared session.
Clarify priorities, boundaries, questions and language before mediation, legal appointments or advocacy conversations. Counselling can support your participation without replacing legal advice, formal advocacy or accredited family dispute resolution.
Work with patterns of conflict, disconnection, loyalty, caregiving, blended family pressures and prolonged relational stress—individually, as a couple or with family members where appropriate.
Clear scope
Where another professional is better placed to help, Meg will say so plainly.
Experience matters
Meg Bonetti is an Accredited Social Worker with more than twenty years’ experience across community programs, senior leadership and clinical practice. Her work brings together counselling, complex psychosocial understanding and practical knowledge of the systems surrounding a person.
What to expect
Appointments are available by phone, secure video or written counselling. Choose the format that asks the least of you.
A short intake means you do not need to explain every service, diagnosis and turning point from the beginning out loud.
Bring the letter, decision, appointment, plan question or feeling taking up the most space. Together, separate what needs therapeutic attention from what needs a practical next step.
Some people use one focused appointment; others choose ongoing counselling. There is no assumption that you must commit to a package.
Private appointments are paid. NDIS-funded sessions depend on individual circumstances and must be confirmed before relying on them.
Questions before booking
No. Meg provides counselling and therapeutic navigation support. She can help you understand what feels confusing, prepare questions and clarify priorities, but does not manage your plan, approve supports or replace a support coordinator, recovery coach, plan manager or advocate.
Plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants may be accepted by prior arrangement when the service is suitable and aligns with the participant’s plan and budget. Please confirm with Meg and your plan manager before booking if you intend to use NDIS funding. Funding is never guaranteed.
Yes, where clinically useful and you provide informed consent. Meg can work alongside your existing care rather than replacing it.
You do not need to choose the perfect service first. Email Meg with a brief question, or book and begin with what is most difficult to hold right now. If another service is more appropriate, Meg will discuss that with you.
No. If there is immediate danger, call 000. Lifeline is available across Australia on 13 11 14.
