You do not need to make your experience sound simpler than it is. This workshop may suit women seeking shared language, practical reflection and connection without being treated as a problem to correct.
What participants will explore
Make space for relief, grief, anger and the way new understanding can reshape your past.
Notice the work involved in appearing fine and consider safer, more sustainable ways of being.
Explore fluctuating capacity, overwhelm and the interaction between body, environment and expectations.
Move from endless self-fixing toward self-compassion, usable boundaries and clearer support needs.
